69. I'm picturing an Animal House style attack on the parade

Not so much the property damage of it, but think if we could hundreds of people along the parade route and at some point they all jumped the barriers, threw off their coats to reveal themselves in clown garb, and did nothing but march with the parade? No signs, just plain goofiness, throwing candy, mugging for the spectators and cameras, those who can, juggle, etc.
