of who or what you voted for, only whether or not you voted. When you dropped your vote into the ballot box, it became anonymous. All that other information, except for the last 4 SS#s are public record in most states. Where I live (California) most of this info and whether or not you voted is publicly posted right at the polling place. Most people just never realized that. I honestly didn't until I started working at the polling place after I retired.
