would also delay the vote to buy time to bribe or push pressure on other Senate republicans such as Portman from Ohio, Heller from Nevada, and even Capito from West Virginia, who as far as I understand it have not expressed how they will vote.

Reports have come out that Murkowski is being bribed by McConnell to vote yes.

Rand Paul and Susan Collins who have supposedly said no, but honestly I don't trust either one to honor their word.

At this point I think it is really unknown what will happen, though the odds favor that it will pass, and this should surprise no one.

What did anyone think would happen if trump won?
