Sounds like fat-shaming but I know you meant that a billionaire with personal chefs finally does something more risky and with a bigger impact than just on a particular group---i.e. the women who follow her. BTW, I speak as a woman. I too think this is one of the most important things Oprah has ever done, apart from the cultural break through meaning of her over-all success.
