I live near Tokyo, and I can definitely say that this earthquake woke me up (it was 2 PM) :-/

A bit of shaking that lasted a while. I put on some pants, just in case, and immediately looked up where it happened.

The big Tohoku Earthquake in March was much worse than this, but people who lived through it are all expecting the next big one to hit, regardless of whether it will or not.
