No, each raped kid gets his own jury. The institution would have to keep their lies consistent and every new case puts more ammo in the gun of the next trial. The class action would only benefit the lawyer who files it, not each kid. Penn State would love to do a class action, it prevents a slow bleeding and allows them to get it behind them. Once one trial is won then the price of each of the next ones goes up.

BUT, I looked at the Pennsylvania tort immunity laws when this broke and PSU might be immune or have their damages capped.
