station WHAS 11 they refer to the video as X-rated and say the teacher's "private parts" were videotaped. Now I am all for prosecuting the students for the voyeurism (see my other post), but was the teacher wearing underwear under her dress/blouse? I got to think that is a dress code violation for the teacher (if she was not), and the administration should respond like any other dress code violation (I would think a warning first time to conform). Just a little nuance to the story.
