a) Franken is entitled to Senate Ethics investigation process
b) Congress isn't equipped, don't have tools
c) therefore Franken should resign and the investigation he is entitled to, is not entitled to him

Just say it, Gillibrand: you want to run for president and you are willing to throw anyone under the bus in order to further your ambition
