Last year there was a group of men who rallied behind Dotard because they wanted Melania as first lady (because they thought she was hot)? She, Ivanka, Hope, et al seem to act as extensions of him. Ivanka acts as a physical extension going on diplomatic trips. She also functions to show off how beautiful he is as part of his beautiful family. It's all very twisted. We would need to be Dotard idolators in order to make sense of how it all works.
