Saw her photo, concocted the juicy kiss story, then unleashed her to the media to take the heat off Judge Roy Moore, bad Russia news coming out, and create a diversion for the "middle class tax plan" so not a lot of media attention was focused there.

Disaster and Diversion Capitalism and Fascist Politics at its very best.
