Like some flunky running the sound at a venue in Kuwait knows what the Kazakh national anthem sounds like.

Anthem mixups at international events are not uncommon.

The other group of folks who were not amused were the people in the village that Cohen used as his hometown. They had no idea he was saying awful things.
