Lost 2 tires to some type of stuff tossed off an overpass. Several others did too. But no one was injured. Now there are fences on every overpass

They should all go to trial, because any one of them could have thrown a fatal rock.

The families aren't liable for the evil intentional acts of their kids in most states, I think. nt

my quick googling suggests that parents are liable for intentional damage, but only up to $2,500.

I hope they get the maximum, whatever that is. If they're tried as juveniles, the max isn't much.
