9. My neighbor on the other side

owns the house but lives down the street in a condo on the water. They use it as a guest house. They had Twitler signs in the yard for quite awhile. Card carrying southern repubs and in general a pain in the neck. Had a bit of a muck up over them painting the side of their garage bright red. It's on the property line so the only way they can access it is to come in my gate. I gave them access to fix a rotten board but told them not to paint it red. They did, we had some words, they painted it back to white. The man is a lawyer and I guess he realized if I wanted to be a real shit I could cut off the eaves that extend over the property line.
