a district is gerrymandered. Kennedy always said he would vote to end gerrymandering if there was a formula to determine if a district was gerrymandered...I think it could happen. We will know in June. In any case,gerrymanders don't last forever. And this one is showing signs of slipping in some areas. If we get governorships, we can stop them from continuing to gerrymander....we face another ten years if we don't. The census is coming in 20.
