to do business under these circumstances? Based on your excellent research, if I were going to do business with Bain, the first thing I'd do is check the SOS business records to see who was authorized to bind the company. If Romney was the last man standing and there was no notice of change or resignation, I would expect Romney's signature on all documents. If Romney signed documents and he didn't know what they were, he's an idiot and not competent to be President. Pretty simple.
