Ridiculously bad for you.
Besides, I'm allergic to it and around half the world can't eat it for religious or dietary reasons.

I don't eat red meat, just poultry.. but now need to be sure it's anti-biotic free...

I totally agree! Gave up beef about 15 yrs ago. Don't miss it. It is linked to cancer, now, also.
