3. Why did Trump say he wouldn't concede?

If Trump knew he would "win" the election, in contradiction to what the polls predicted,he'd be worried about whether the unlikely result would be accepted. A great way to silence questions was to manipulate editorial writers and Democrats to decry the questioning of election results prior to the election.
