Someone should test JarJar's blood for midi-chlorians because he's just as goofy as Luke Skywalker.

My own theory is that R2D2 is the R. Daneel Olivaw of the Star Wars universe, invisibly shepherding humanity through the worst of times, the literal Deus ex machina.
