63. Dude. RT hired Hartmann on purpose

To bring in liberals. Because then the liberals are likely to listen to stuff before and after, and RT can influence ads during the show.

The problem is the bosses at RT. Hartmann can't fix them. He was hired for show and will be kept only as long as he is useful for propaganda purposes.
