Does he have a bit of conscience left?

The link says "in consultation with" Trump. Who told who what?

My gut tells me that since we're so close to Trump-Russia story blowing up, and Rosneft is the key to it all — even Trump couldn't let this go through at this time. Better to avoid prison (possibly) even if it means losing billions.

That said, I still don't know what to make of Russia's forays into Alaska. Could be all for show, could be Putin is pissed, or maybe Putin is just testing Trump.
