14. A few years ago, I had an air ambulance waiting outside the hospital for me.

Unfortunately, it was snowing hard and the helicopter couldn't fly.

So they bundled me into a regular ambulance and got me to the second hospital.

When I got the bill, it sure looked like they had charged for the helicopter, the EMT's time, and the 15 mile ride.

$3,000.
