4. Emoluments: China essentially bribed him.

Trump has been trying to secure the rights to the brand "Trump" in China for years, but to no avail, because some Chinese already had registered the brand. Many unsuccessful trials in court.

Then, all of a sudden, after 15 years of judicial precedent to the contrary, the chinese courts suddenly decide to grant Trump the brand "Trump".
A brand that he values at several billion dollars.
And just in time for him to flip-flop back from a Two-China-Policy to a One-China-Policy.
