Not dissing the stats, but the Repub contention that immigrants are naturally more prone to crime.

Fact is, immigrants in general and "illegal" immigrants in particular, don't want anything to do with police or courts and will tend to walk the straight and narrow for self preservation. When you frame it right, it makes total sense.
