on the Court are reckless to the extreme and they will stop at nothing to get rid of "Obamacare."
The RWingers on the Court are zealots and they are hellbent on destroying the Welfare State. They are relentless and cruel.

The only way I could imagine not overturning the mandate is a scenario where the insurance companies persuade the justices that an overthrow might likely lead to Single Payer and they would lose their industry and we would get socialized medicine faster. I can only hope that is indeed the case, even tho I would LOVE to see us have Single Payer.

I am taking a depressed view of what is going to happen tomorrow...
