The option in many blue dog districts is either a "conservative" Democrat or yet another teabagger rushpublican. Yep...you'll get CYA moments like this (that in the big picture mean nothing...Holder's going nowhere until after the election) but also you get someone who will vote with you 75% of the time vs. a flying monkey who will vote Grover's agenda.

The Democrats have a shot at retaking the House this year...and blue dogs will be part of that coalition...it's what makes the Democratic party diversified and strong. I'll leave the purity tests to the teabaggers, right now we need as many allies as possible to sent Boner to minority status. The most important vote is the one for Speaker and the more votes to elect Nancy Pelosi the better...and I don't care if they're blue, green, orange or checkerboard.
