So what is the big "breaking news" surprise here? Isn't what they should expect is going to happen when you can shoot anybody and everybody at random (ie like "scary" people such as a kid in a hoody eating skittles)? All the guy has to say is "he was a-skeered and offended" and all will be made OK by the FL corrupt courts.

Like other "right to carry" states, FL is full of right wing gun nuts who are so afraid of their shadow, they think a gun will make everyone think it can replace their brains and will be as big as their testicles.
