I use gabapentin for neuropathy, it helps, not nearly enough, but it helps. And I've also heard of folks using gabapentin for restless leg syndrome as well. If Aristus didn't mention it, then maybe it's not the first-line treatment, but you might get a two-fer if you use it. Initially you can have some daytime sleepiness with it, but it gets better.
