28. I also avoid it like the plague. You have to avoid processed foods and avoid "corn syrup".

And eat organic bread. I may have eaten it in popcorn, though. I dunno if that's GMO.

I'm sure I've eaten it over the past several years but not as much as I would have if I didn't make the effort to avoid it.
