First is forgettable.

2nd is before lunch, so all the interviewer is thinking about is lunch.

4th is compared to everybody and interviewer is thinking about going home.

3rd is at the most productive point of an interviewers day, after lunch, is also near the end, so you're memorable and also not close enough to 5 so they're not thinking about going home.
