36. Gov. McCrory fell into his own trap. The purpose of HB-8 is to draw angry RWers to the polls to vote

Republican for the purpose of preventing the DEMs from repealing it. Guv is now in a vise, and his best play is to lead the Republicans in repealing HB-8, to salvage the growth of the NC economy.
