I saw that post when looking at responses to mine. I have to agree with you there. I have a brother who is "not right in the head" and when he was being divorced by his ex-wife, he made the case drag on for years by insisting that he defend himself and all documents submitted by him were all hand written. He refused an attorney and made out outrageous and unrealistic claims and demands. I was amazed that he wasn't hospitalized at some point during the many years it took my poor ex-SIL to endure this BS after the seven years she endured his abuse.

This stuff in the lawsuit, looks like the kind of bizarre rubbish that my brother would come up with.
