24. Just look at who benefited the most from 9/11.

it sure as heck wasn't Islamic fundamentalism. But the Military industrial complex? Well, let's see.. They got the Patriot act passed almost before the fires at Ground Zero were out. And a whole bunch of weapons got sold for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
So I think only a fool would think that 9/11 just happened, and no one in the Bush administration had any inkling that something big was coming.
