Almost right across the street from Kaufmann/Arrowhead (Royals and Chiefs) so lots of sports fans stay there, along with business. And in the past few years families have been renting rooms overnight because they have a CoCo Keys water park inside.

I always had a good experience there, since it was a good location and easy to find. It was always clean and usually quiet, which is what I was looking for at the time.
