A gun gift from a relative, who has a CCW themselves, requires no background check for the gift recipient. Honor system? We trust you that your relative is responsible and COULD pass that background check. Really? I would call this Blind Faith.

We can see that "responsible gun owners" like Lanza's mother and Roof's father did not mean that their adult children were.
