Like this:

There's so much that works in America. For every problem er face, someone, somewhere in America is solving it. Silicon Valley cracked the code on sharing and scaling a while ago. Many states are pioneering new ways to deliver services. I want help Washington catch up.

Say what? What is sharing and scaling? How is that an example of a problem facing this country? But I did note her plug for Silicon Valley. And what is she referring to re states pioneering new ways to deliver services? What states? Which services? She was very specific with her stories, both about her and her family and about the people she's met on the campaign trail, but the above couldn't before vague; not to mention that 31 states are controlled by republicans and they're busy pioneering new ways to slash services.

There is so much in this vein in her speech
