But I don't see that you've shown that. For this subsidiary, you have shown high administrative costs. But you haven't shown that any funds went to something other than operational/administrative costs or to programs. You've suggested that maybe salaries were paid out to the Clintons, but that isn't true, according to the foundation. They serve without salaries.
