Both Boehner and Romney as both would be Ryan's boss should Romney win (scary thought).

Even Ryan dances to the tune of Grover Norquist, according to this article. Lobbyists, in other words, would be in complete charge of the federal Government. And who can argue with that with Citizens United running the show.
