There are places to click, on that page, to submit a complaint re: mortgage
and
re: debt collection.
This is the Consumer Bureau that Eliz Warren helped create.
btw...find out what the phone taping laws are in your state, and see if that law will allow you to tape any phone conversations with Green Tree.
altho...they are supposed to be dealing with you by letter only if you have requested that.
You need to brush up on debt collection laws, and mortgage laws, because if THEY violate the law, it gives you recourse to fight and even sue them.
Google " Green Tree Class Action lawsuits" which will provide names of attorneys who have sued them or are suing them, you might be able to join as a class member.
The very first step anyone with a mortgage problem should take is to use the net to find what rights you have.
