5. When you use the term to describe a woman

(or to portray a man acting like a woman) it is sexist by definition. And, it has always been so. Even if you didn't mean it to be so. Of course most of us our guilty of using the term (or witch, which is no better) on occasion but we shouldn't.

I wouldn't have alerted on you but I personally detest the word. I too am guilty of having used it (although never in writing). It really has been ingrained in us.

Perhaps people should be given a chance to change their posts when it is just a word that was the cause of the alert.
