The subject for this contest is The Textures of October. Here we explore all the different sorts of textures that we see in this month: The leaves, the holidays, the harvests, what you will!

The top two finishers in each round will advance to the finals, along with the next four highest vote-getters overall.

The preliminary round will run 72 hours, ending on October21st.
