I have listened to several enhanced versions. I can NOT, for the life of me, understand how anyone can hear "punks" from that. The consonants might be in question, but the vowels, certainly are not. The sound is o͞o and most certainly NOT uh to me... But, I will be interested in what the FBI's best experts have to say, since it would be far more germaine to hate crime charges.
