Defying Congress to bomb Libya, which triggered the crisis in Mali.

Straining at the leash to get at Assad in Syria by embellishing nerve gas attack claims later proven to be a false flag operation by Turkey.

Steadily and stealthily increasing military operations in Africa by 217% since 2009.

Using the 9/11 anniversary to gin up support for attacks on ISIS.

Obama is a War President. All American Presidents are War Presidents.
