1. Wichita has lost 10s of 1000s of jobs in the aviation industry over the last 7 years.

And although every Republican from Kansas has tried to lay the blame for that at the feet of the unions, most of the decisions to make those cuts had nothing to do with the contracts the unions had making those planes and jets.
