I have never seen anyone carrying a rifle in town. I know that there are people with CC licenses and carrying a handgun but I haven't seen it either.

i live in texas and i have yet to see one person, in all the time here, carrying around a gun.

I used to live in Richardson and had a friend who lived in Garland, she carried a gun EVERYWHERE!
