that is if they haven't done so already, that will make circumventing SOPA illegal. They will almost certainly make it illegal inside the US to distribute software that is intended to defeat the blockade of proscribed domains. They may make it illegal to DL and use such software too, and demand that your ISP report you if you visit "known deSOPA distribution sites".
