Whites are 9% and control most of the land/wealth.
Studies show that inequality has actually grown since the end of Apartheid. In Asia, the various Chinese diaspora tend to be very wealthy compared to the ethnic majority populations.
So while a powerful class might become a minority and lose votes, it doesn't necessarily change the wealth balance in other countries.
