(15,435 posts)to splurge on was our DISH Connection! I agreed even though the cost has pinched our budget, and he's never been anything but a blue collar worker, so PC's and other products are difficult for him. He does watch MSNBC and it's helped him stay more informed than many other people we know. Some programs such as "Joey Scar" A. Mitchell, C. Todd and the like are off his list, thankfully. I'm more inclined to watch FSTV and alternative channels.
So since he's never been one to drink & run around and always held a job, we pay a lot for DISH! He has access to a lot of sports and I get my perks too! It's such a shame that people have to pay so much to watch many programs that report more truthful and comprehensive information.
BUT, it does seem that MSNBC has been less supportive of Ed Schultz, recall they canceled him, and still let those like "Joey Scar" do WHATEVER! Such an over bloated piece of crap! I certainly have my issues with MSNBC AND DISH, but what's one to do if they find the tech world overly complicated?
America has fallen too far behind the rest of the world on so many levels and to me the STUPIDITY I see is astounding. What's that they say about empires lasting only 200 years or so?? IMO, we're on a downward spiral!
Still, is there not some way to send a loud message to MSNBC about their hypocrisy?
