were previously only 'theories'. It is amazing what our diplomats actually view as 'important' as we learned. And people wonder, who have not bothered to read them, why the almost total loss of confidence in 'official' public statements which when compared to the behind the scenes 'discussions' simply verified those who raised questions.

Too bad people don't read. They would have a better understanding of why we are where we are today on just about everything.

tldr, a declaration of 'don't bother me with facts'!
