I'm less happy with Markey's "present" votes on Syria. If he's seen enough to vote "yes" he should. If he hasn't seen enough information yet, he should voted "no", and if new information changes his mind, he can change his vote if it comes up again. Voting "present" is a complete cop-out. We're talking about military intervention in the mid-East, not taking roll.
I'm not saying I don't like him, it's just that those votes are enough to put him a step below Warren.
