Booting Rush is fashionable in advertising circles. Market analysis shows that consumers identify positively with companys that boot Rush from their marketing portfolio.

In other words,

Lear Capital is pissed that they aren't getting the same free attention that a mattress company is.

It simply isn't fair.

"Hey....we advertise on Rush too. What about us? Where is our free attention?"
